All our plans can be modified to incorporate changes to certain dimensions of the home.  This includes increasing the size of rooms that do not affect the key structural integrity of the home.  A nominal charge for this service is involved and will be waived in cases where there is greater than a 20% increase in the size of the home.

Once the budget is finalized we can introduce you to national lenders who are familiar with our product and can facilitate financing arrangements. They can provide this service based on an established history with our homes and their high appraised value on completion.  These values are typically higher than cost unlike virtually all other competitors.

We have developed a detailed budget work sheet that is available to all our customers.  This lists every step involved that you will need to price to build your home.  The objective is to ensure there are no surprises involved by the time the project is complete.   Major cost over-runs typically occur when the owner does not have firm quotes and descriptions of services from suppliers and contractors before the project commences.  Unfortunately there are many unscrupulous industry participants who knowingly understate complete costs in order to obtain work.
